Ridiculously Healthy Fudge Frosting

Serves: 2-4 servings
  • 1 Ripe avocado (Large Hass)
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon honey (or sub pure maple syrup)
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the flesh of the avocado, cocoa powder and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. To frost cupcakes, transfer the frosting to a small plastic bag with tip of one corner cut off and a decorating tip placed inside. Chill the frosting in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Serve on top of cakes and cupcakes, or eat it straight from a spoon!
